WHAT IS MASSAGE THERAPY?

Sports Massage Therapy is a hands-on treatment that works with the muscles, and connective tissues of the body. Treatment can be adapted to each individual, whether the aim is to reduce muscular tension, improve movement and mobility, support recovery, manage everyday aches and discomfort, or simply help the body feel and function better.

In 2012, Tonia qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer then expanded her knowledge of movement and the body by qualifying as a Massage Therapist.

Tonia is also qualified as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, further developing my knowledge and understanding of movement, posture, strength, mobility and body awareness.

Outside the clinic, Tonia stays just as active, channeling her love for movement into functional fitness, Reformer Pilates, and distance running. She is currently on the home stretch of completing all six World Marathon Majors—having already tackled New York, Berlin, London, Chicago, and Tokyo, with only Boston left to conquer! Alongside her athletic pursuits, Tonia proudly serves as an RAF Reservist driver at RAF Benson. Her service has taken her on deployments to the Falklands and Cyprus, as well as high-profile ceremonial duties
