We ask for payment upfront for our New Patient Consultations and Reassessment Appointments. Cancellation with more than 2 working days will be fully refunded. This will be be processed via Stripe. Your financial data is stored by Stripe and encrypted. 

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice of routine appointments will result in a late notice fee of £25.
