From the moment I entered the clinic I felt at ease immediately. I met Sam on reception who is lovely, and then I met Rosie who I instantly gelled with. While obviously sorting out my issues I was suffering with, I found myself joking around and laughing with both Rosie and Sam like I'd known them for years. Rosie is amazing at what she does. I was literally limping on my first visit to the clinic, and by my third appointment the limp was gone.
